Rear Commodore Sailing.

I am pleased to announce that Peter Binning has been co-opted to the General Committee as Rear Commodore Sailing.  As a co-opted member, his appointment expires at the AGM in November.
 
Peter has been a member at Dell Quay since 2005.  Some of you will know Peter from the Solo fleet, which he joined last year. He is also a regular helm for the Junior Week day sails to Itchenor.  And when time permits, he is a keen off shore racer.  And last year he (finally!) found time to formally qualify as a dinghy instructor.
 
Peter is a very welcome addition to the General Committee.  He will also chair the Sailing Committee, to which he was elected last November.
