Victoria racing is back

July 22nd saw the return of nine Victoria sailors holding 4 competitive races. Covid Rules were strictly adhered to with social distancing and marked out places to stand was the order of the day. For some the racing was very competitive with Peter M taking first place, Rob in second place and Bruce in third. It was evident that during  lockdown some work had been undertaken on the boats. Bruce's boat had changed colour or was it a new boat because it was certainly very fast, the sheets on Erics are now all inside the hull and Robs appears to have taken on a space age rigging system slightly better than that used for the Americas cup boats(?).  Our thanks to the club for allowing us to use the club at this time.
