Dell Quay Sailing Club

DQSC has many trophies that are awarded each year to the winners of the various dinghy race series.

Not all these trophies have been awarded in 2020, due to the Covid-19 restrictions, but as many race series as possible have been run thanks to the efforts of several members of the sailing committee, supported by the Dell Quay dinghy racing community. The sailing committee decided recently that it would be useful to document these various trophies with a detailed history of each trophy.

This is very much a work in progress as little is known about many of the trophies, some of which go back to before the second world war.

The sailing committee would be very grateful therefore for any information members could provide from their experience and memories of these trophies. A document has been created to record the history of the trophies and includes all information available to date. This can be viewed via the following link.
