At DQSC we care about 'the whole' of all our members and particularly anything that can support your enjoyment of our amazing sport. 

We’d really like this to be something that you can get involved in, so if you have a favourite training video on Youtube for hiking out, or a link that helps you calm your mind before a race or a link to a technique that helps you manage the stresses and strains of life, we’d like to hear from you. Charlotte will be curating your suggestions so we hope to update the site with what works for you.
