Feel Good Friday

Feel Good Fridays are for everyone. They are a chance to get on the water in a relaxed way in the company of other members. The format is informal and flexible - some members go for a sail, others a paddle and some choose to swim. Some members come along simply to enjoy the lovely harbour views over a drink.

There are about 6 or 7 through the summer, depending on tides.

You can also enjoy a meal from the galley. These are simple but delicious meals appealing to all ages (you need to pre book the meal). Members are also welcome to bring their own picnics. And the bar is open.

For the final Feel Good Friday of the year there will be meat and vegetarian lasagne, green salad, garlic bread with ice cream for dessert.

Please indicate on the booking form any dietary requirements.

As is standard for Feel Good Fridays the cost is £10 for adults and £5 for juniors 12 years old and under.
